Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of thebevdev.com and the digital products you buy from The Bev Dev ("we", "us"). By buying or using our products, you agree to them.
1. Who sells to you
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
When you check out, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms. Prices are shown in US dollars. Paddle may add sales tax or VAT depending on where you live.
2. What you're buying
All our products are digital and paid for once. There are no subscriptions. They are:
- Beverage Brand Launch Kit: an interactive guide, a PDF and spreadsheets.
- Marketing Ideas & Strategies Kit: an interactive marketing toolkit.
- Global Supplier Directory: an interactive list of beverage suppliers by product and country.
- Beverage Mockup Pack: an interactive tool for making 3D drink mockups.
- Everything Bundle: all four of the above.
Nothing physical is shipped.
3. Getting your files
After you pay, you get access straight away on the confirmation page, and Paddle emails you a receipt. If you lose your links, email hello@thebevdev.com with your order number and we'll send them again.
4. How you can use the products
You get a personal licence to use the products for yourself and your own drink brand or business. Mockups you make with the Beverage Mockup Pack are yours to use in your own marketing, pitch decks and online shop.
You may not:
- resell, share, give away or publish the products or their files
- upload them to course platforms or file-sharing sites
- present them as your own product
If you'd like to use them with a team or with clients, email us first.
5. Education, not professional advice
Our products are for education and planning. They are not legal, regulatory, food-safety, tax or financial advice. Rules on labels, health claims, licences and food safety are different in each country and state. Check with a qualified expert where you sell before you launch. Any costs, prices and timelines in the products are examples, not quotes or promises.
6. Supplier information
The Global Supplier Directory lists independent businesses, using information that was public when we put it together. We are not linked to, paid by or responsible for any supplier. Details like minimum orders, prices and services can change. Check each supplier yourself, and get written quotes and agreements before you pay anyone.
7. Results
Every brand is different. How you do depends on your own decisions, effort, budget and market. We don't promise any particular income or result.
8. Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of buying. See our refund policy for how it works.
9. Our responsibility
We work to keep our products accurate and useful, but they are provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or follow-on losses, such as lost profits, wasted stock or decisions you make based on the products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
10. Launch Strategy Calls
Calls are booked and paid for separately, not through Paddle. The price, length and rescheduling terms are shown when you book.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The version in place when you bought applies to that purchase.
